• Be the face of the Curaleaf brand and guide customers through cannabis products.

• Assist with product recommendations, register transactions, and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain store standards, ensure inclusivity, and support a fast-paced retail environment.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a respectful, upbeat atmosphere.
• Handle duties as needed to support store success and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role with a focus on service.
• 6+ months of POS familiarity and cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and rare overnights.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and adaptability.
