• Greet and assist all guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer
• Build strong and genuine connections with customers, ask thoughtful questions, and offer
• Address concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs.
• Work closely with your team to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and upbeat atmosphere.
• Help open and close the store, handle cash, and follow all procedures and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role, with a strong focus on service
• A minimum of 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash
• The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and team members alike.
