Retail Sales Director

📋 Description

• Own and grow the retail business across North America, serving as the commercial lead for all
• Manage and expand relationships with existing retail partners to increase sales, distribution
• Identify, develop, and secure new partnerships with major national retailers across North America.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and retailer presentations to negotiations, onboarding
• Develop account strategies, pricing structures, product assortments, merchandising plans, and
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to execute retail

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience selling products to major U.S. retailers.
• Significant experience in beauty, personal care, health and wellness, consumer products, lifestyle
• Demonstrated success launching brands into national retail chains.
• Established relationships with buyers at major U.S. retailers, considered a significant advantage.
• Proven experience negotiating national retail agreements and managing complex commercial
• Strong understanding of category management, merchandising strategies, and retail economics.
