Retail Sales Floor Leader

📋 Description

• Lead daily operations on the sales floor
• Drive sales and customer experience through leadership
• Analyze sales trends and develop action plans to boost top line
• Manage open/close procedures, cash handling, and POS
• Train and coach staff; enforce policies and safety
• Ensure pricing, signage, and displays are correct

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience
• Retail or Hospitality management experience (preferred)
• Wine, Spirits & Beer product knowledge (preferred)
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays
• Understanding of alcohol sale regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
