📋 Description

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting, assisting, and selling to customers.
• Provide leadership and control on the sales floor, ensuring excellent service.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through selling and merchandising.
• Partner with support teams to increase sales and promote merchandise categories.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Retail or hospitality management experience preferred.
• Wine, spirits, and beer product knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for alcohol sales.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
