• Create welcoming environment by greeting and assisting customers
• Manage sales floor operations including cash and POS systems
• Achieve sales targets through effective selling and merchandising
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
• Support Store Manager in training staff and providing feedback
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance and cleanliness

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years management experience
• Retail or hospitality management preferred
• Wine, Spirits & Beer product knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding alcohol regulatory requirements
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
