📋 Description

• Assist customers with piercing and non-piercing jewelry selections
• Greet customers, help check-in, book appointments using POS and systems
• Promote Rowan’s products, upsell items, and meet sales targets
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and inventory displays
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and Studio Nurse Piercers for seamless service

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus
• Weekend, nights, and holiday availability required
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours
• Team player with friendly, approachable demeanor
