📋 Description

• Warmly greet customers and help create a welcoming environment.
• Check customers in or help book appointments using POS and systems.
• Help customers select and style piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
• Promote and upsell Rowan's products; maintain product knowledge.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, stocked, and follow health and safety rules.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service exp is a plus.
• Must work weekends, nights, holidays.
• Independent thinker with can-do attitude.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Team player; friendly and outgoing.
• Physical: lift up to 25 lbs; 8-hour shifts.
