📋 Description

• Provide customer service and greet customers.
• Assist with ear piercings and jewelry selection.
• Operate POS and handle transactions, returns, exchanges.
• Upsell Rowan products and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep studio clean, organized, and stocked.
• Ensure safety and hygiene during piercing procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Loves jewelry and helps customers pick earrings.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Stand for full 8-hour shifts; lift up to 25 pounds.
