📋 Description

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Check in customers or help book appointments via POS.
• Assist customers with piercing and jewelry decisions.
• Upsell products and maintain knowledge of Rowan offerings.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked.
• Process transactions and maintain customer records.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand 8 hours.
