Assist customers with piercing/jewelry selections and explain care.
Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and products.
Sales & product knowledge: Upsell Rowan products and stay updated on offerings.
Meet/exceed sales targets by communicating value and converting customers.

🎯 Requirements

Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
Love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
Deliver exceptional customer service; thrive in busy environments.
Enjoy working with people and being part of a team.
