📋 Description

• Warmly greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Check in customers and assist with appointments using POS.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and jewelry.
• Answer questions on piercing procedures, aftercare, and products.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and Nurse Piercers for seamless service.
• Process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain customer records.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must work weekends, nights, holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for jewelry and helping customers.
• Physically able: lift up to 25 lbs, stand 8 hours.
• Flexible, independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
