• Customer service in a studio setting for earrings and piercing products.
• Assist with sales, appointments, and product recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the studio; stock displays and inventory.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and nurses for seamless service.
• Support team goals and ongoing product knowledge training.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with can-do attitude.
• Love of jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; standing for an 8-hour shift.
