• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Upsell Rowan jewelry and related products to meet targets.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and inventory levels.
• Work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude; independent thinker.
