📋 Description

• Warmly greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Check in customers or help book appointments using POS and systems.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
• Promote Rowan products, upsell non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and inventory displays.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and basic math skills.
• Customer-focused, friendly, outgoing with a team spirit.
• Flexible, independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Able to stand 8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
