📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, checking them in, and booking
• Help customers choose and style piercing and hypoallergenic non-piercing jewelry, and answer
• Promote and upsell Rowan's products, including non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits, while
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, restocking supplies, following health and
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager and Studio Nurse Piercers to deliver seamless customer service
• Process transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges; assist with stock checks and display

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude and strong communication and basic math skills.
