• Warmly greet customers and create a welcoming, celebratory vibe.
• Help customers book appointments using POS and tech systems.
• Assist with ear piercings and jewelry selection, care info.
• Promote and upsell Rowan's products and aftercare kits.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations for piercing and hygiene.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with can-do attitude.
• You love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
