📋 Description

• Warmly greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Help customers check in or book appointments using POS and software.
• Assist with piercing and jewelry styling, including hypoallergenic pieces.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
• Promote and upsell Rowan's products and kits.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of Rowan's offerings and care instructions.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills and friendly team minded approach.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
