📋 Description

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Help customers book appointments using POS and systems.
• Assist with ear piercings and jewelry styling.
• Provide piercing aftercare guidance and product details.
• Upsell products and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and health/safety standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Standing for a full 8-hour shift.
