📋 Description

• Greet customers warmly and create a celebratory vibe.
• Assist customers with check-in or appointment bookings using POS and systems.
• Help customers select piercing and jewelry, and explain aftercare.
• Provide product knowledge and upsell non-piercing jewelry and kits.
• Keep studio clean, organized, and compliant with health regs.
• Process transactions and handle returns/exchanges.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• You love jewelry and helping customers pick earrings.
• Thrives in a busy environment and a team player.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
