📋 Description

• Welcome customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist customers with ear piercings and jewelry recommendations.
• Answer questions on piercing procedures and aftercare.
• Promote and upsell Rowan products and accessories.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked; follow health and safety rules.
• Process transactions and help manage inventory/display needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Must work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
