• Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing talent; succession planning.
• Proven sales leadership with ability to drive results; customer-focused.
• Open availability including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Travel: 10-25%.
