• Open availability on weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Ability to forecast payroll and manage labor to meet sales targets.
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong communication skills; collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting retail environments and feedback-driven improvements.
