📋 Description

• Assumes overall responsibility for the store
• Creates a welcoming environment; greets, assists, and responds to inquiries
• Drives sales; handles complex sales, cash management, and inventory
• Maintains leadership presence and ensures exceptional service
• Ensures pricing, signage, and displays are correct at all times
• Plans and adjusts staff schedules to maximize sales

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in retail store management
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customers
