• Assumes overall responsibility for the store
• Greet customers and respond to inquiries, delivering exceptional service
• Leads staff; manages payroll budgets, inventory, and coaching
• Plans schedules to maximize sales
• Monitors pricing, signage, and displays to maintain standards
• Forecasts and reforecast business to meet sales goals

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in retail store management
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent organizer with strong project management skills
• Interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with customers
• Financial and Business Acumen: analyze indicators to drive results
• Problem Solving & Decision Quality: use rigorous logic for solutions
• Relationship Management: build constructive relationships
• Planning and Priority Setting: set objectives and organize work
