Retail Success Manager

📋 Description

• Own revenue quota for POS adoption and performance
• Collaborate with Account Managers to execute action plans for retail networks
• Build relationships with stakeholders across retail hierarchy
• Conduct store visits and provide hands-on field support
• Coordinate training programs for store teams
• Design and manage commercial animation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in retail industry, including POS or large in-store team management
• Builds trust quickly and influences stakeholders across roles
• Highly organized, manages multiple merchants and action plans simultaneously
• Data-driven and comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
• Experience with retail networks, franchises or multi-site organizations (nice to have)
• Experience in training, change management, sales enablement or commercial animation (nice to have)
