📋 Description

• Recruiting, developing and retaining Store Managers, building a bench of future leaders and
• Setting clear expectations and managing performance through feedback, development plans
• Leading planned store visits with clear agenda and follow-up
• Holding every store to brand and operating standards, including visual sets, inventory accuracy
• Bringing company sales programs and institutional outreach to life in every store
• Planning labor and managing payroll and expenses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience
• 5+ years leading people, including managing other managers
• Track record of developing talent and succession planning
• Ability to hold locations to consistent operating standards
• Strong business sense
