Retail Training Specialist

📋 Description

• Deliver in-store and virtual training sessions focusing on product knowledge, guest experience, and
• Support Store and District Managers through hands-on coaching, engaging facilitation, and
• Reinforce training through regular store visits, live coaching, and on-the-floor support.
• Facilitate rollout of national training curriculum for new and existing store teams.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure training content stays aligned with business goals.
• Track and report training effectiveness to improve programs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in store operations, retail training, or leadership
• At least 2 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and build alignment across departments.
• Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
