• The Retention Email Manager will manage lifecycle marketing initiatives across multiple
• Own retention strategy and roadmap development for assigned client accounts.

• Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns using customer behavior insights and retention

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo and email retention marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, brand-aligned messaging with minimal
• Experience managing client relationships independently and communicating updates proactively.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance data and convert insights into strategic actions.
• Experience working with Shopify brands, DTC companies, or e-commerce businesses.
• Previous agency experience or experience supporting high-growth DTC brands is preferred.
