📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs: Develop, manage, and optimize email, SMS, referral
• Develop lifecycle marketing strategies: Build comprehensive channel strategies and marketing
• Execute email and SMS campaigns: Oversee campaign planning, copywriting, content development
• Build marketing automation and customer journeys: Design and optimize automated workflows
• Leverage customer data and segmentation: Use customer profiles, purchase histories, engagement
• Optimize customer journeys: Evaluate customer touchpoints to identify friction, engagement gaps

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in email marketing strategy, campaign production, and end-to-end
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level clients in an agency, client services, or account
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo is essential, including campaign execution, segmentation
• Experience developing and managing SMS marketing campaigns and integrating SMS into broader
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data, evaluate customer behavior
