📋 Description

• Manage and resolve customer and partner claims across the business
• Logistics-related claims: loss, damage, delays
• Service quality SLA breaches and billing/invoice disputes
• Product or order-related claims and contractual exceptions
• Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams as needed
• Track status and ensure accurate system updates

🎯 Requirements

• French language skills (written and spoken) required
• English language skills (written and spoken) required
• 2-3+ years of experience in claims management and related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and structured working style
• Ability to manage multiple claim types and priorities
