Returns Associate, 1st Shift

📋 Description

• Process returned shipments in a timely manner and determine final disposition.
• Analyze problems and develop potential solutions.
• Maintain open team communication to support coworkers and customer service.
• Handle returns per standard processes and procedures.
• Resolve disposition of returned product.
• Work in FIFO to meet SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods (8 to 10 hours)
• Must work in a warehouse environment with dust, heat, humidity
• Flexible and dependable
• Multi-tasker willing and ready to perform any job necessary
