📋 Description

• Handle returns and claims across logistics, billing, product, and contracts.
• Resolve issues with customers and partners, ensuring fair, timely resolution.
• Coordinate with warehouses and internal teams to process returns.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication for each claim.
• Improve processes and adhere to policies and SLAs.
• Serve as a single point of contact for claim topics.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in claims management or related operations.
• Excellent French language skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and a structured working style.
• Ability to manage multiple claim types and priorities in parallel.
