Revenue Accountant

📋 Description

• Lead technical accounting, revenue accrual modeling, and reconciliations across recorded music
• Develop and maintain revenue recognition schedules in accordance with ASC 606
• Analyze, cleanse, and reconcile revenue reporting datasets from multiple digital service providers
• Reconcile operational reporting from source systems to the general ledger
• Conduct detailed month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter variance analyses
• Serve as the business lead for revenue accounting systems optimization across SAP ECC/S/4HANA

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field
• Active CPA license or international equivalent strongly preferred
• 10–15 or more years of progressive, hands-on experience in corporate accounting, shared services
• At least seven years of specialized experience in high-volume revenue accounting, billing
• Demonstrated experience implementing, managing, or overseeing ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Extensive experience with SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA, and automated balance sheet reconciliation
