Revenue Accountant

📋 Description

• Being a contributing member of the team responsible for the financial integrity of the company's
• Applying ASC 606 and company policies to determine proper revenue recognition for SaaS
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue close processes by preparing journal entries
• Prepare and update schedules and workpapers related to revenue accounts while ensuring accuracy and
• Reconcile data between systems/sources identify discrepancies and collaborate with data and
• Prepare documentation and schedules required to respond to audit requests related to revenue

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in revenue accounting, ideally with a mix of industry and
• Experience working at a late-stage or public Fintech, lending, financial services or e-commerce /
• CPA designation is strongly desired
• Experience with ETL tools and other data transformation tools (Alteryx, Metabase, Snowflake, etc.)
• You're passionate about building systems and process improvements, and thrive in bringing process
• Ability to automate and simplify large datasets
