Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close process for assigned areas
Prepare monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis for revenue/AR
Manage AR processes for committed customers: invoicing, collections, billing portals, reserves
Respond to customer inquiries on invoices, payments, taxation, and invoicing prerequisites
Manage order-to-cash: review contracts, sync Salesforce to NetSuite, set up revenue orders
Collaborate with FP&A, Billing, Analytics, Revenue Ops, Support, and Sales

🎯 Requirements

BS in Finance or Accounting
2+ years revenue accounting experience
Netsuite or similar ERP experience
Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
