Revenue Accountant II

📋 Description

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and AR analyses.
• Perform flux analysis for revenue and AR; identify drivers.
• Manage end-to-end AR: invoicing, collections, billing portals.
• Respond to customer inquiries on invoices, payments, and billing.
• Support order-to-cash: contracts review and revenue recognition.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years accounting experience, including 1–3 years in revenue accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting, AR, and close procedures.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• CPA/Big 4 experience, Stripe, Salesforce, FloQast, or usage-based revenue models a plus.
