Revenue & Accounting Operations Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end O2C, billing, collections for accuracy and timeliness.
• Own ASC 606 revenue recognition; advise on complex contracts.
• Align billing data with forecasts, ARR/MRR, and cash flow.
• Establish KPIs around billing accuracy, DSO, and cash conversion.
• Build and maintain SaaS systems for subscriptions, renewals, usage.
• Lead integrations and automation to scale and improve data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in revenue and accounting ops in SaaS/tech with leadership.
• Deep understanding of SaaS models: subscriptions, ARR/MRR, usage, revenue.
• Hands-on ERP and billing systems (NetSuite SuiteBilling, Payfac, ISO).
• Strong data analysis with large datasets; translate ops data to insights.
• Proven success leading and scaling teams and systems in fast-paced env.
• Solid understanding of ASC 606 revenue standard.
