📋 Description

• Own and improve customer health scorecards with leading indicators across lifecycle.
• Build analytics frameworks enabling data-informed decisions for customer-facing teams.
• Define customer experience metrics with cross-functional reporting standards.
• Build churn prediction models and identify renewal risk signals.
• Surface expansion opportunities from behavior and health trends.
• Translate VOC insights into actionable recommendations for product/CX.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years analytics/BI/revenue/customer analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthtech.
• Experience building customer health models, churn frameworks, retention analytics.
• Proven impact on retention, forecasting accuracy, customer value, or CX outcomes.
• Experience using AI tools and automation within analytics context.
• Strong CRM (Salesforce) and BI tool experience (Tableau/Looker/Metabase).
• Ability to translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches and present insights to senior leaders.
