📋 Description

• Own and improve customer health scorecards across onboarding, renewal, expansion, and support.
• Develop analytics frameworks enabling data-informed decisions for customer teams.
• Define and maintain customer experience metrics with cross-functional partners.
• Build churn prediction models and identify risk signals before renewals.
• Surface expansion opportunities by analyzing customer behavior and product usage.
• Translate feedback and Voice of Customer insights into actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, revenue analytics, or customer analytics in B2B SaaS/healthcare tech.
• Proven experience building customer health models, churn frameworks, or post-sale analytics.
• Demonstrated success improving retention, forecast accuracy, or customer value metrics.
• Experience using AI tools and automation within analytics contexts.
• Strong CRM (Salesforce) and BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Metabase).
• Ability to translate complex questions into structured analyses for senior leaders.
