Revenue Analytics Lead

📋 Description

• Design scalable data models unifying product usage, telemetry, and revenue data
• Align and normalize data across Salesforce, product, and support tools
• Build clean, reusable datasets for analytics and BI
• Define SaaS metrics: NRR, GRR, churn, renewals, and forecast
• Partner with CS, Revenue Ops, Sales, and Finance to drive revenue insights
• Design Tableau dashboards linking usage to revenue and renewal pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in data modeling, reporting, and analysis
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong data modeling skills in SQL are essential
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, churn
• Experience cross-functionally with CS, Rev Ops, Sales, and Finance
