Revenue & billing analyst

📋 Description

• Owning customer billing end to end, including invoicing, subscription changes, payment queries
• Owning accounts receivable, collections and dunning (via Upflow), resolving failed payments and
• Getting to the root cause of recurring billing issues and fixing the underlying process, rather
• Owning reconciliations across billing, payments, subscription reporting and the ledger, producing
• Improving and introducing Finance automations around AR, billing and reporting, moving routine work
• Supporting billing platform, pricing and packaging changes from a Finance perspective.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experienced with owning customer billing and AR or collections, including investigating exceptions
• Experienced in resolving complex customer billing or payment issues directly with customers.
• Experience with customer billing in a subscription or other recurring-revenue business.
• Skilled at reconciliation and able to independently work through why two financial or customer
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
