Revenue Cycle Analyst - M-F 8AM-5PM

📋 Description

• Process, review, and monitor billing activities; resolve billing exceptions, claim rejections
• Conduct claims-level analysis to identify reimbursement improvement opportunities and recover
• Research and correct payer, coding, eligibility, authorization, and billing issues.
• Submit corrected claims, appeals, adjustments, and rebills.
• Perform payer master audits and maintain reimbursement schedules.
• Analyze payer contracts and monitor compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare billing, reimbursement, revenue cycle, or claims management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, complex
• Experience with billing systems and reporting tools; XIFIN experience; experience with Ascend Data
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, managed care reimbursement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
