Revenue Cycle Trainer

📋 Description

• Deliver structured onboarding and skills-based training programs using a variety of formats
• Develop or update training materials, job aids, process guides, and assessments based on subject
• Collaborate with operational leaders to understand evolving workflows and translate them into
• Provide ongoing learner support through coaching, Q&A, and follow-up sessions.
• Participate in quality audits and identify knowledge gaps that can be addressed through training.
• Incorporate feedback from training evaluations to refine content and improve delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare, education, or business.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, education, or revenue cycle operations.
• Experience with content development tools such as Articulate Rise and basic video creation/editing
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and hands-on training approaches.
