📋 Description

• Partner with AEs/AMs/front-line leaders to lift performance through coaching
• Observe live calls, diagnose gaps, and build coaching plans
• Coach core selling behaviors: discovery, qualification, value, objections, negotiation, closing
• Identify top performers' behaviors and scale them across the team
• Own onboarding, ramp, and certification to boost productivity
• Evolve playbooks and messaging to stay practical and used in real deals

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales or account management role
• Experience coaching sellers in live deals
• Strong MEDDPICC knowledge; coach in real customer situations
• Data-driven approach to identify performance gaps and measure impact
• Excellent communication; simplify complex selling concepts
• AI-forward mindset to increase coaching scale and effectiveness
