📋 Description

• Enable cross-product selling: Build and deliver practical enablement curricula that give Sales
• Own onboarding and ramp: Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs for Sales
• Develop ongoing training: Create programs covering product updates, messaging, competitive
• Manage enablement content: Own and maintain playbooks, battle cards, call frameworks
• Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, RevOps, team leads, and
• Drive GTM tool adoption: Support the rollout and effective use of CRM, conversation intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, field enablement
• Program development: Proven experience creating and managing both new-hire onboarding programs and
• Leadership experience: Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating direct reports, contractors
• GTM methodologies: Familiarity with sales or customer-success frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Command
• Technology: Comfortable working with GTM systems including Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
• Analytical mindset: Able to connect enablement initiatives to measurable commercial outcomes
