Own onboarding, ongoing training, and tool adoption across revenue org
Collaborate with RevOps, product marketing, and Product to translate roadmap into enablement

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in revenue enablement or GTM roles
Experience leading or coordinating others
Enablement programs for onboarding and ongoing development
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar framework
CRM (Salesforce) and intelligence tools (Gong) experience
Strong project management and data-driven approach
