• Spot seller skill and performance gaps by analyzing win/loss trends, sales-cycle length, and
• Use AI to help sellers practice and prepare, from role-play simulations and coaching experiences to

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Revenue, or Enablement roles in a B2B SaaS
• A track record of designing and running enablement programs that measurably improve pipeline
• Expertise with core go-to-market and enablement tools, such as Salesforce, Gong or Chorus, Highspot
• Deep understanding of modern sales frameworks and the full customer journey, with fluency in
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple
• An analytical mindset and the ability to turn performance data into clear enablement strategies.
