Design and own enablement systems and programs across GTM teams
Partner with RevOps, PMM, and Marketing to shape content and workflows
Own onboarding, ramp, and program effectiveness with data-driven iteration
Hybrid/workplace with NYC or SF offices; remote candidates welcome with strong experience
Build scalable knowledge and automation to improve field productivity
Balance systems thinking with change management to drive adoption

🎯 Requirements

3 to 5 years building systems or workflows that improve team effectiveness
Experience designing AI-driven workflows and self-service enablement
Comfort across GTM tech stack: CRM, Gong, Notion, AI tools
Strong ownership, initiative, and ability to operate in ambiguity
Proven ability to ship end-to-end solutions with minimal oversight
Experience partnering with customers on workflow or process design is a plus
