📋 Description

• Audit and redesign existing Sales and Account Management onboarding materials, creating structured
• Design, launch, and personally facilitate ongoing training for existing employees across
• Conduct field visits to observe customer interactions, coach practical selling and account
• Partner with Sales and Account Management managers to assess skill gaps, develop targeted training
• Own and continuously improve the training curriculum, onboarding resources, continuing education
• Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and maintain effective Sales and Account Management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant commercial experience, including direct sales or account management experience.
• Demonstrated success designing, developing, and delivering training, onboarding, or revenue
• Strong live facilitation and field coaching skills, with the ability to build credibility among
• Experience creating practical learning programs from the ground up, including workshops
• Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies, customer growth strategies, and account
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM, as well as interpreting sales performance data.
